Northstar designed the Opal for pleasure paddling. A smaller, more stable version of the Pearl, the Opal is an ideally sized canoe for two people to explore small lakes and streams. Its small size also works great for parents paddling with kids. Solo it backwards from the bow seat to carry large loads or big dogs. 36 lb.
This particular configuration adds a Ruby color outer layer to the standard StarLite construction.
